1. Price and calculation basis

1.1 The pricing structure is based on the hand- or machine written line of text (point 3.1,3.2) or the document data stored (point 3.3) on digital media that is analyzed as characters and words.

1.2 A flat rate (point 1.3) will be charged for documents with less than 10 lines of text per page

1.3 According to this document the following prices are valid:
1.50 Euro / (lectured*) line of text or
15.00 Euro** flat rate / (lectured*) text page ( point 1.2 )

**The minimum order value is 50.00 Euro

2. Volume

2.1 - (Lectured) translation
- Generation of a first version as hard copy or on electronic media ( point 3.3 )
- Implementation of corrections
- End version as hardcopy or on electronic media ( point 3.3 )

3. Accepted media

3.1 Handwritten text
- Legible( printed if possible )
- Horizontal linear lines
- Minimum character height 5mm (approx. 1/16")
- Maximum line length 20cm (approx. 8")

3.2 Machine written text
- Horizontal linear lines
- Minimum character height 5mm (approx. 1/16")
- Maximum line length 20cm (approx. 8")

3.3 Text stored on digital media
- In the formats: MS WORD / POWER POINT / EXCEL / PUBLISHER or ASCII-Text on virus free media such as:
1,44 MB DOS formatted 3-½"- floppy disk, CD-ROM, DVD+/-RW ROM, USB Flash Memory Keys or files send to us through e-mail
- One line of text is calculated as:
(Total amount of characters*** + total amount of words) / 50

***Space characters, tab stops, carriage return, line- or page breaks are not recognized as characters

3.4 Media or formats other than described in points 3.1-3.3 (text processing systems, graphics ...) only with prior consultation.
